Parish Backpacking Trip

Last weekend, the Conrad family and Rev. Cal hosted Christ Church's inaugural backpacking trip. All told, we had thirteen community members take part, including five children. A few people joined us for just the hike in and dinner on Friday before heading home. The remaining group enjoyed a sunset hike and lively fellowship well into the evening. After a peaceful night at the Black Mountain Backpack Camp in Monte Bello Open Space Preserve, we returned home safely Saturday afternoon. We are already looking forward to our next parish camping trip!
