Serving Others at Christ Church

At Christ Church, we support a wide range of local, regional, and international causes. In addition to the ongoing ministry described below, we also partner with other local Churches, synagogues, and other communities of faith on service projects throughout the year.

Community Services Agency

CSA is a nonprofit agency helping the hungry, homeless, needy, youth, elderly, and families in Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills since 1957. The mission of CSA is to promote independence and self-sufficiency through direct service. At Christ Church we support CSA financially, and on the second Sunday of every month parishioners donate nonperishable food, which is blessed during the service and delivered to CSA.

Outreach Grants

The Christ Church Outreach Committee authorizes the distribution of grants each year to various non-profits working locally and around the world. Recent recipients include Episcopal Relief and Development, Cristosal, Mentor Tutor Connection, The Nambale Magnet School, and more.
