Have you ever wondered why Christians care about creation care and climate change? There is so much information about what is happening and what the causes of change are, it can be overwhelming. The Earth Care Team at St Benedict’s Episcopal Church in Los Osos has created a five-week course that strives to answer these questions and guide us to a Christian response. This final session will focus on how we can be faithful advocates to avert the most dire effects of our changing climate.
The Creation Care Team from St. Timothy’s, our nearest neighboring Episcopal Church, will present this course virtually during Epiphany on five Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 p.m., January 19 through February 16. Each session consists of Bible reflection, a video from a guest presenter, and group discussion. Members of Christ Church have been graciously invited to attend. Register Here for all five sessions.
