In recognition that the Christmas season can be full of grief and sorrow, and complicated for various reasons, Christ Church is partnering with St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Mountain View this year to offer a contemplative service on the Winter Solstice. All are welcome to attend The Longest Night, hosted by St. Timothy’s, on Thursday, December 21 at 7:00 p.m. Bring your heartache, bring your longing, bringing your sorrow and your hope: together, we’ll hold these in prayer and offer them to God in word and song.
