Monthly CSA Food Drive - Sunday, June 14, 2026 

Our next Food Drive for the Mountain View CSA will be on Sunday, June 14. As a reminder, CSA serves Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills. With stricter federal work requirements for CalFresh (SNAP) now in effect, CSA is anticipating a greater need for food donations in the months ahead.

The CSA Food Pantry is currently in need of small bags of rice, beans, pasta, canned soup, and canned meats. Please bring your donation of non-perishable food, along with empty egg cartons, to the red wagon at the entrance by the upper lot. Your generous donations are always needed and appreciated. The story behind the empty egg cartons for CSA.  Ever see a broken egg in a carton of eggs in the store? The store can't replace the broken egg because the whole carton is contaminated, so some stores donate the whole cartons to CSA. That is where you come in supplying CSA with clean cartons for the donated eggs that can be salvaged. The good eggs (CSA volunteers) sort the donated good eggs into the empty cartons you supply for our CSA clients. Thanks!
