Former Christ Church organist Ethan Haman (2011-2015) returns on Sunday, August 13, to perform an organ recital featuring 400 years of music from the French Classical period through contemporary works, ending with the most contemporary work possible, a fully improvised organ symphony based on themes gathered from the audience. After leaving Christ Church in 2015 to study composition and organ at USC and Yale, Ethan now works as Staff Accompanist at the Yale Institute of Sacred Music. Free-will donations to support the church music budget will be welcome.
