As mentioned in last week’s newsletter, after gaining a better understanding of how we are currently using our kitchens and how we hope to use them in the future, Phase I of our Master Plan has identified that neither of our kitchens is currently meeting our needs perfectly, and we anticipate completing some modifications to the big kitchen this summer in order to share it more effectively with our school, Ventana, and to return the Fireside Room to a parish-only space. This remodeled kitchen will not meet our long-term needs, but it will be a temporary solution that can be used well until we are ready for a more significant remodel.
