Many of you know Ethan Haman who served this parish for many years as an organist and has continued to come back and make guest appearances. In December 2022, Ethan’s brother Nathan unexpectedly passed away. On Sunday, April 23, at 2:30 p.m. Ethan will be performing a concert to benefit the Nathan Haman Scholarship Fund at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Nathan’s kindergarten campus. According to their mother, Wendy, the purpose of this scholarship is to help those in need to go to Israel and to fund drone recording of any teaching material. Although Nathan’s bucket list may be incomplete, this scholarship will afford others the opportunity to accomplish what he so passionately wanted to do. Wendy welcomes all Christ Church parishioners to come to this celebration of Nathan. The concert will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 38451 Fremont Blvd., Fremont.
